Terms
Terms of use
Effective date: August 25, 2026
By using Invoice Workshop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
General-purpose document tools
Invoice Workshop provides tools for preparing ordinary business documents. It does not provide legal, accounting, financial or tax advice and does not guarantee that a document meets requirements in your jurisdiction or contract. You are responsible for reviewing document contents, calculations, tax treatment, numbering and recordkeeping before use.
Your responsibility
You may use the service only for lawful, legitimate business activity. Do not use it to impersonate another issuer, create deceptive records, violate intellectual-property rights, facilitate fraud, or produce prohibited identity, financial, government, medical or other official documents.
Local data and backups
Workspace data is stored in your browser. You are responsible for downloading PDFs or exporting backups and for protecting access to your device. Browser resets, storage limits, private browsing and device loss may remove local data.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim for reliable calculations and exports, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or suitability for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Invoice Workshop disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may improve or modify the service and these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
